Your wheel time, your creative freedom!

Already completed a pottery wheel course with us and itching to get back on the wheel? WHEEL PLAY! is your chance to come in, get your hands muddy and create whatever your pottery-loving heart desires.

This is independent studio time for experienced wheel throwers — there’s no structured lesson or instruction, just 2 hours of uninterrupted wheel time to practise your skills, experiment with ideas and make some pottery magic.

Session Details

$50 per session

• 🕙 2-hour session on Fridays between 10am–2pm
• Last booking time: 12pm
• 🏺 Includes 1kg of clay
• 👕 Apron provided
• 🛠️ All necessary studio tools and supplies included
• 👩‍🎨 The studio is staffed, so while your session is unsupervised, there is always someone around if you run into an issue or need a little help

Who is WHEEL PLAY! for?

WHEEL PLAY! is available to anyone who has previously completed a 3–8 week pottery wheel course at The Seed Art Studio. This ensures you have the skills and experience needed to work independently on the wheel.

Firing & Glazing

Firing and glazing are not included in the $50 session fee and are charged separately:

• Bisque firing: $14/kg
• Glazing: $16/kg
