COVID SAFE

We have completed a Covid risk assessment and developed a Covid Safe action plan which includes spread reduction practices and infection response. We are committed to keeping our students, guests and staff safe and healthy while creating!

The following measures and guidelines have been put in place to protect our students, parents, Seed community and the Seed team:

• Hand sanitiser will be made available at studio entrances and around the workspaces. All guests will be required to use it before entering.
• To maintain a safe physical distance we have spaced seating.
• The number of participants attending classes, parties and holiday workshops will be limited.
• All high touch areas and items (e.g. door handles, tables, chairs, paintbrushes and supplies etc) will be disinfected between classes.
• ALL guests will be asked to check in and provide their full name and phone number - this is to ensure easy contact tracing in the event of an outbreak.
• Parents are asked to please drop off and pickup up outside of the studio, please do not enter unless you need to make payment arrangements or for other administration purposes.
• Parent sign in for term classes will not be necessary, instead we will do a roll call.
• Students are asked to please bring their own drink bottles.
• Cashless payment and online bookings is preferred.
